When you request a quote or book with us, we collect what you share directly — name, company (if applicable), phone number, pickup/drop locations, dates and passenger counts. We do not run a data-collecting online booking form; the quick requirement form sends your details directly to us via WhatsApp.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to arrange and complete your booking, coordinate your account, and issue GST invoices where applicable.

3. Website Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate visitor behaviour — such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This data does not identify you personally.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the driver assigned to your trip, to the extent needed to complete the booking.

5. Data Retention

Booking details are retained only as long as necessary for trip completion, invoicing, and applicable legal or tax record-keeping.

6. Your Choices

You can request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by contacting us directly.
